Investing in Our Schools Announcement

The Federal Minister Deanne Kelly has publicly announced that our school was successful in obtaining $99 981. These funds will be spent on:

• Purchasing Computer equipment (ceiling mounted data projectors and screens in every classroom with surround sound)
• Purchasing of new classroom furniture
• Purchasing of new library books / resources
• Refurbishment of our multi-purpose court (install lights, basketball posts, tennis court posts, resurface & remark)
• Construction of a storage facility that will double as an intervention & library building.

Green Vouchers

We have successfully registered with the Federal Governments Green Vouchers. We are eligible for $50 000 to spend on water tanks, pump and related infrastructure. All cost must be submitted and claimed for at the same time, which means we must have all our quotes collated before any work can commence. To enable the school to fully maximise the funds available the P&C will be asked to assist in the installation of the storm water and irrigation pipes.
